How am I doing today? Well I'd have to say somewhere between hard rock and classic rock, but that's probably because Apple has gone and done it again with another great app for your Mac. Keeping the conversation going has never been this fun. It pretty much does everything that iChat does but with more features. For starters it comes with iMessage. You know, that thing that Apple did with SMS on your iPhone iPod Touch and iPad when they came out with iOS 5. So now you can send photos, videos and all kinds of other media including whatever it is you've got to say to any of your contacts. Whether it be a group of friends or just your best friend, this app really rocks!

Some of the really cool features that you're already used to on your iPad and iPhone are there as well — like when your message has been sent, you can see if it's being read. And yes you can even see them replying. If you want your friends to see you replying just turn on rerd receipts in the preferences.

The one thing I really like about it is the end-to-end encryption. That means your message is safe and private. But clearly the best part is that you can start a conversation on your iPhone, continue the conversation on your desktop and then finished the conversation on your iPad. Okay well maybe not everybody will do something that still, but it's likely you'll catch me doing that. Hey what can I say, I have a lot to talk about.

Now of course they're only going to be launching this sometime this summer. However if you're interested in downloading the beta version, well what's to stop you?
